Placed first order with this store 3 weeks ago and was thrilled with quality of merchandise, now I have placed a second order. One item was out of stock they contacted me to replace it with another item. Great customer service. Will continue to order from them

I placed my first order with Mezon about two weeks ago and for starters, I would like to say that the customer service is awesome! There was an issue at the beginning with my credit card being that it is an international card. However, after sending verification, the issue was resolved and my items were shipped out the next day. I got my bags last week and the quality and sizes were exactly as described on the website. Actually, the bags I ordered from them sold out the same day! I own a small business and my customers instantly bought my Mezon Handbags. I have already placed a second order with them and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I would like to take the time to say this company is awesome. They go over and beyond to accommodate their customers. Not only that the quality of their merchandise is Excellent. I have ordered from this company several times and I have never been disappointed. As long as this company is around I will continue to order from them.
