PROCESSING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

You may experience processing delays due to the increased volume and extended lead times for shipping so please allow from 2 – 3 Business days for orders to be shipped during these unprecedented times. ( this is just for some items & do not apply to all orders )

Shipments are experiencing delays in shipment processing, tracking for 2 to 3 days, In some cases we will shipp the packages the same day or with in 12 hours. This is because of reduced domestic and international cargo shippments to our warehouses.

Q: Do i Get Charged right after i place my order?

NO . Credit cards aren't charged until your order ships. If you see a pending charge on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available. 

Q: What about out of stock items after i submit the order?

Out of stocks items will be deducted from your total and you just get charged for shipped items and you can see the final charge on your credit account within 4 to 5 days after we ship you package.

Q: ‘How long will my order take to be delivered?

We strive to ship the product within 2 to 4 business days. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches to you within 5 to 10 days  business days of purchase. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays in United States.

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email detailing order tracking information. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse but the frame time for ups is about 4 to 6 days.

Q: ‘When will I get tracking information?’

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. 

Q: ‘Why have I not received my order yet?’

Due to corona situation, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We always strive to deliver the product as soon as possible.
