You may experience processing delays due to the increased volume and extended lead times for shipping so please allow from 2 – 3 Business days for orders to be shipped during these unprecedented times. ( this is just for some items & does not apply to all orders )

Shipments are experiencing delays in shipment processing, and tracking for 2 to 3 days, In some cases, we will ship the packages the same day or within 12 hours. This is because of reduced domestic and international cargo shipments to our warehouses.

Q: Do I Get Charged right after I place my order?

NO. Credit cards aren't charged until your order ships. If you see a pending charge on your account prior to shipping, this is an authorization hold to ensure the funds are available. 

Q: What about out-of-stock items after I submit the order?

Out-of-stock items will be deducted from your total and you just get charged for shipped items, you can see the final charge on your credit account within 4 to 5 days after we ship your package.
